An Overview of Our Process
Coldstream Interiors & Flooring follows the same basic procedures on every remodeling project. Each job begins with the client’s desire for a new or upgraded space and a free consultation with one of our experienced project managers. Every client is assigned a dedicated project manager who will be their sole point of contact, communicating with them continually throughout the project. The project manager follows up with installers and material suppliers, provides timeline updates, and collaborates closely with the client to ensure that he or she gets the desired result.
You tell us what you want to achieve and we help you turn your ideas into a tangible design. After the design is set, the fun part begins. Clients are given a budget to play with for various items to ensure they get exactly what they want. Once the design is complete and materials are selected, we begin the demo stage of the process. After demolition and receipt of materials, we begin the installation and construction process. When the project nears completion, we undertake multiple walkthroughs to ensure that everything is exactly as the client envisioned.
